Hi!
Something that I have been doing is looking at what core
beliefs/thought patterns I need/want to change, and then
making affirmations based on those. I find that if I can include
gratitude in them they are more powerful. I say them to myself
when I meditate in the morning and night, and bring them up as
needed in the day (when my thinking is not helpful, or my mood
is down).So, for example, I am working on self esteem stuff. I say stuff
like: " Each and every day I see myself becoming more and more
confident and comfortable. I am grateful for these changes and
feel joyful for the constant surprise!"
The feeling that I create in building these expressions also
become available to me when I need them later on.
Hmm - maybe I should do this for sleep-related stuff..
