gene expression can be altered within each cell within seconds of feeling an emotion -- fear or joy or whatever. The physical body is a representation of the mind. You are indeed what you think you are. This is also evidence that feeding yourself the "good" things in life (love, positive emotions) can make you a better, more healthy person.
