Hi - just want to say thank you for all your good advice - you sound like a professional - do you have a source for your great information - anyway, it makes a lot of sense.
That is my biggest problem - my thoughts - how to change negative worry thoughts into positive - why does the human mind seem to dwell on bad thoughts (at least in my case) - is it a human condition or what - to me that is the secret to true happiness - just dwelling on the good in life.
Anyone have any suggestions - would love to hear from all of you. Thank you.
